Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crappin' Ain't Easy's website, mobile app, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Crappin' Ain't Easy ("CAE", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service Is

Crappin' Ain't Easy is a personal craps session and statistics tracker. It lets you log sessions, shooters, and individual dice rolls, and view your own performance stats. The Service does not facilitate real-money wagering, does not process bets or payouts, and is not a casino, sportsbook, or gambling operator of any kind. Any figures you enter (bankrolls, winnings, losses) are self-reported and for your own personal tracking purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Founding Members

Accounts created before the Crappin' Ain't Easy iOS app becomes available on the Apple App Store ("Launch") are Founding Members. Founding Members receive full access to all features at no charge until Launch, and three (3) months of premium access at no charge following Launch. After that period, Founding Members will be offered a discounted Founder subscription rate, available for as long as the Founding Member maintains an active subscription. Founding Member status is tied to the original account and cannot be transferred. We will provide notice before any free period ends.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the session, roll, and profile data you enter into the Service. How we collect, use, and protect that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

No Gambling or Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes gambling, betting, financial, or investment advice. Statistics, streaks, and trends shown in the app reflect historical data you've entered and are not predictions of future outcomes. Craps is a game of chance; past results do not influence future rolls.

Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party sites and services we don't control, including our merchandise store and the Craps Player League leaderboard. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and can permanently delete your account and associated data from the Profile screen in the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAE and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the Service.
